Our £45 +VAT annual subscription has remained unchanged for three years despite the introduction of new services and 2006 will be no exception with a new accommodation search page and Wales.info (reviewed below) providing a wealth of new benefits.   New Accommodation Search Page Combined with Wales.info, the new Accommodation search page at StayingInWales.com brings substantial added value. An intensive search engine marketing programme is already underway to publicise this and over 10,000 holidaymakers will be emailed just after Christmas and again in March. The search is fast, intuitive, infomative and accurate. It provides a wealth of information to help holidaymakers plan their trips and choose their accommodation without fuss. Subscribe Free Website Mapping New also for 2006 is a free service enabling subscribers to import location mapping used in their Staying in Wales web pages into their own websites. Apart from being cost free, the biggest advantage is that there is no third-party advertising or pop-up messages to distract users. It also allows your website users to find out what’s going on in the area covered by your maps, just as they can in your Staying in Wales web pages. All this is included in your 2006 subscription and the value is considerable. Subscribe Members Pages The members pages have also been overhauled to make it easier for subscribers to manage their web pages and there’s a new tutorial with online support to help newcomers get fast results. Subscribe Wales.info Previewed in our last bulletin, this new holiday portal for Wales, linked firmly to Staying in Wales, is now fully active with Site Map and A–Z Listings added. As a licenced Google developer and with Broadband in mind, the site is destined to become one of the fastest and most search engine friendly portals in the UK. All Staying in Wales member are represented and can be easily found using a variety of different search methods ranging from serendipty to science. More is in store for 2006 so climb aboard now. Subscribe 2006 SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscriptions for 2006 remain unchanged at £45 +17.5% VAT (£53 VAT included) for renewals received by 31st December 2005. Please help us maintain value for money by responding in time. Subscription members gain the following marketing benefits: MANAGED WEB PAGES • property name, address and contact details; • location mapping with directions; • descriptive text and photographic images; • geographic links to events, attractions and restaurants` in your area; • an email booking enquiry form, and • links to your own website with a visit counter. WALES.INFO DIRECTORY • main headings & A-Z listing entries; • links to managed web pages; • news features; • search engine marketing; • email marketing, and • enquiry referrals. Subscribe Cheques should be made payable to ‘Staying in Wales Limited’ and posted to Staying in Wales Unit 4, Penamser Business Park, Porthmadog LL49 9GB. VAT invoices will be issued on receipt of payment with advice to newcomers on how to activate their web pages. Email Addresses/Photographs Up-to-date email addresses are essential for holiday booking enquiries to be received by subscribers via the online Booking Enquiry form in their managed web pages. Subscribers should also ensure that good quality photographic images are used in their pages in place of default images that are used in their absence; either by using the image upload facility at MyAccount or by emailing the images to info@stayinginwales.com showing their property name in the email Subject window.
