A beautiful cottage,Sleeps 6 with full central heating and double glazing. There is ample secure off road parking and there is also secure bicycle storage on request. Accommodation includes three double/twin bedrooms, downstairs bathroom with shower bath; conservatory, kitchen with table and chairs, dining room with table to seat 8 and wood burning stove. The living room has a television and open fire place. There is wireless broadband internet connection and BT Vision. All rooms but one have magnificent views of the river Dee and valley, and the Berwyn mountains. The gardens include a patio/barbecue area, sloping lawns and there is ample well lit secure off road parking. The cottage is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is accessed by a quiet lane. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage including the Dee Valley Way and North Berwyn Way.
