The two Vallen Farm Cottages are converted stone barns with lovely open views of rolling countryside, set in the unspoilt Landsker region of Pembrokeshire. Much of the character of the old buildings has been retained but features include all the mod-cons you would expect for a relaxing holiday. Each cottage has it's own, fenced garden with patio and BBQ. Dine al fresco in summer or snuggle up by cast iron stoves inside when it's cool. Rooms are spacious and airy. Furnishings are stylish. Each cottage has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for visitors who don't like stairs. Vallen Calf Barn sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs and a double room and bathroom downstairs. Vallen Cart House sleeps four people in two bedrooms, with an ensuite shower room/wc upstairs and a fully fitted bathroom downstairs. About our location:
With a peaceful, end-of-lane setting, both cottages back onto the farmyard and face out over beautiful rolling farmland. We border the National Park, close to the Coastal Path - perfect for walkers & bird-watchers. If your youngsters are keen on manmade attractions, we're in a golden triangle, with Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm and Heatherton Leisure park within an easy drive. The new Blue Lagoon waterworld opens soon. Within 20 minutes drive are the fabulous beaches of Tenby & Saundersfoot - real family favourites. Lawrenny is a couple of miles away, with a marina that gives boat-owners access to Pembrokeshire's big seas via Milford Haven. Our nearest pub is the Cresselly Arms at Cresswell Quay - 1.3 miles away so just walkable! There's food served at the Stanley Arms, Carew Inn and The Snooty Fox near Caneston Bowl. In summer, look out for the Quayside Restaurant at Lawrenny Marina. Finally, find retail therapy in the pretty town of Narberth.

A Truly Tranquil Retreat
All our visitors comment on is how peaceful Vallen Farm is. Set deep in a network of small country lanes, traffic noise is non-existent... there's just bird song and the odd murmur farm animals.

The Warmest of Welcomes
We have young visitors who love Beth the very welcoming sheepdog so much they send her Christmas cards! Landsker people are a chatty bunch and go out of their way to make visitors welcome.
