 Points are awarded for facilities and activities at the attractions such as guided tours, demonstrations and film shows, as well as cafes, shops, toilets, baby-changing facilities and provision for disabled visitors. This gives visitors the confidence they need before planning their trip that everything will be up to expectation.
The broad theme of a visitor attraction can range from pure fun to high culture. It can include historic houses, castles, farm attractions, country parks, museums, theme parks and wildlife attractions. Watch out for the Quality Assured logo shown above.
