1. Access to MyAccount Page
Click here or enter http://www.stayinginwales.com/partners/myaccount.asp in the address window of your web browser; click on 'go' or hit return.

2. MyAccount Login
Your MyAccount page will appear with the Login box shown on the right. Enter your Username and Password and click on 'SUBMIT'. If you get an error message simply follow the instructions.

3. Forgotten Login
If you've forgotten your Username or Password, click on Forgotten Login and enter your property name in the email Subject window (see below) before sending. Your Username and password will be emailed back to you with minimum delay.

If you have any other queries, these can be entered in the message window.

4. MyAccount Admin
Once you have logged in, your MyAccount Admin page will appear with the box shown below.

This lists the functions that enable you to manage and fine tune your dynamic web-page Microsite to obtain the best results.

5. MyDetails
Clicking on MyDetails allows you to view your Username, Password, name, address, telephone, fax, email address and website details, and make any changes you wish at any time.

The numbers in the boxes on the right-hand side of each text window show the characters you have left as you enter your text.
Once you're satisfied with the changes you have made, click on
the SUBMIT button to save them. You can then view your changes as users see them by clicking on the My Microsite heading (see 6. below). If the Star Grading in your Microsite needs updating simply email us at info@stayinginwales.com and we will attend to your request.

The My Details page stays live on the desk top in case you wish to make further changes.

6. My Microsite
Clicking on MyMicrosite produces a pop-up window showing your Microsite live as seen by users. The page you are changing stays live on the desk top ready for further changes if required.

7. Edit Microsite
Clicking on Edit Microsite allows you to view and change the description of your property, facilities available, special highlights, about your location and prices, and to save your changes once you're happy with them.

There are two pages to view. Once you've attended to the first page, click on the NEXT button at the bottom of the page to go to the second page, which contains price details.

You can use your brower buttons to move back and forth between the two pages until you're happy with all the changes you've made. Click then on the SUBMIT at the bottom of the second page to save your changes and then then click on the My Microsite heading in the box to view the changes as seen live by users.

The Edit Microsite page stays live on the desk top in case you wish to make further changes

8. MyPhotograph
Clicking on MyPhotograph enables you to view and replace existing photograph of your property. The instructions in this page are explicit but the Staying in Wales Help Team are on constant standby to provide full assistance in this important area.

9. Microsite Stats
Clicking on Microsite Stats enables you to obtain reports on the number of people who have visited your web pages over whatever period you choose from the date menu and to find out where your enquiries are coming from.

10. MyHelp
Clicking on MyHelp gives you access to this MyAccount Help pop-up page and enables a direct, email dialogue with the Staying in Wales Help Team on any issue. It also provides a history of all previous communications with the Help Team from the MyHelp page.
